Every fence we install follows the same six steps: you call or request a quote, we measure the property free, you get a written estimate and a site plan, you approve it and place a deposit, we order material and schedule the crew, and we build it and walk it with you. We work across Hernando, Pasco and Citrus County.
No Surprises. Just a Great Fence.
A new fence is a big decision, and you deserve to know exactly what happens after you pick up the phone. At Florida Friendly Fencing, we handle the details — the measuring, the paperwork, the utility locate, the materials, and the build — so you can sit back and watch your fence go up.
Here's how every job works, from your first call to the last post.
Our Process, Step by Step
You Call — We Measure & Quote
Give us a call at (352) 600-6633 or request a quote online. We'll come out to your property, walk the fence line with you, take careful measurements, and talk through styles, gates, and anything special about your yard. Then we put together a clear, written estimate — free and with no obligation.

You Choose Us — and We Get to Work
Once you sign your estimate, you're part of the Florida Friendly Fencing family — and we couldn't be more thrilled. From this moment on, our goal is simple: a five-star installation from beginning to end. You'll always know where your project stands and who to call with questions.
We Get You HOA-Ready
Live in a community with an HOA? We take the hassle out of approval. Using your survey, we prepare a clean, professional site plan and HOA approval packet showing exactly where your fence goes, its style, height, and color. We post the finished packet to your customer portal as a PDF, ready for you to submit to your HOA.
You submit the packet to your HOA yourself — we don't submit on your behalf — but we make sure it's complete and HOA-ready. Many local HOAs call for black aluminum, or a 4-ft picket (often tan) with stepped transitions from privacy fence; see examples below.
We Call 811 — Safety Before Shovels
Before we dig a single post hole, we file your 811 dig ticket so the utility companies can locate and mark their underground lines. We wait until we're cleared to dig. It protects your property, your utilities, and our crew.
We Order Your Materials Locally
Your materials are ordered from our trusted partner, Father & Son Fence Supply here in Brooksville. Buying local means quality product, quick turnaround, and a real team down the road who knows our jobs — more on that partnership below.
We Schedule Your Install
We lock in your installation date and keep you posted. Meanwhile, your materials — including any custom gates — are fabricated and staged, ready for our crew to pick up and bring straight to your job.
We Build Your Fence
Our crew sets every post in concrete, string-lines and levels each run, hangs and adjusts your gates, and cleans up before we leave. Then we walk the finished fence with you to make sure you love it.
Every install is backed by our 5-year workmanship warranty, plus a limited lifetime material warranty on vinyl.
Our Partnership with Father & Son Fence Supply of Brooksville
Your fence is only as good as what goes into it. That's why we partner with Father & Son Fence Supply, right here in Brooksville — not a big-box store and not a boxed import kit shipped from overseas.
Father & Son is more than our supplier. They're our fabrication partner. Their shop cuts, welds, and builds custom work to our specs for every material we install, so your fence and gates are made to fit your property — not forced to fit whatever was on the shelf.
When a gate needs to be a specific width, a pool enclosure needs to meet code, or a drive opening calls for a heavy-duty roll gate, we design it and they build it — then our crew installs it.

(352) 600-6633 ⚡ Get an Instant QuoteWhat does a fence cost, and when do I find out?
You get a firm written number before anyone orders material or touches your property. We do not publish a price per foot, because the honest number depends on the job: the material, the height, the total footage, how many gates you need and how wide, the site itself, and any HOA requirements.
There are two ways to find out. InstaQuote gives you a ballpark in a couple of minutes on your own. The free on-site measure gives you the firm written number, with no obligation and no pressure.
New fence installations take a 50% deposit, and most repairs are paid in full before the work starts. Financing is available through Acorn Finance.
Want the firm written number? We measure the property free, with no obligation. Call (352) 600-6633.
